- You received the wrong product
- The product was damaged, leaked, or tampered with during transit.
- The product was expired or defective on arrival.
- If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tvaraaessence.in ,once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per your choice.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 – 10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
- Free gifts or complimentary samples
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
