Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

India: 4 – 7 business days
International Orders: 7 – 14 business days depending on destination and customs procedures

Worldwide Shipping

We ship across the globe. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by region and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (India) or USD 75 (International).
Standard shipping fees apply for orders below these amounts and are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime using the provided link or under “My Orders” on our website.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them by emailing support@tvaraaessence.in
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because skincare products are personal and hygiene-sensitive, we accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged, leaked, or tampered with during transit.
  • The product was expired or defective on arrival.
  • If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tvaraaessence.in ,once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per your choice.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 – 10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Free gifts or complimentary samples
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products. Product or variant exchanges for personal preference are not permitted.

Packaging & Delivery Concerns

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately. We’ll resolve it at the earliest.

International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, or fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Please ensure local regulations permit import of skincare items before ordering.
